JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

CONSULTANT

1. Conduct training workshops for families and/or schools

2. Train parents and teachers in Applied Behavior Analysis

3. Provide ongoing training and feedback to tutors

4. Monitor curriculum at each visit

5. Review notebook at each visit

6. Review data at each visit

7. Observe program implementation

8. Discuss concerns & observations of care providers (I.e., teachers and/or parents)

9. Revise curriculum

10. Interface with adjunctive service providers and other professionals

11. Interface with representatives from schools and other agencies

12. Assist with development and oversight of Individualized Treatment Plan

 

PROGRAM SUPERVISOR

1. Provide weekly training and feedback to program specialists and tutors

2. Train parents and teachers in Applied Behavior Analysis

3. Conduct training workshops for families and/or schools

4. Monitor curriculum weekly

5. Review notebook weekly

6. Review data weekly

7. Observe program implementation

8. Discuss concerns and observations of care providers (i.e., teachers

and/or parents)

9. Revise curriculum

10. Interface with alternative service providers

11. Interface with representatives from schools and/or regional centers

12. Write reports as necessary

13. Arrange for clinic meetings

14. Assist with development and oversight of Individualized Treatment Plan

 

PROGRAM SPECIALIST

1. Implement Individualized Treatment Plan

2. Observe and record students behaviors

3. Monitor student's behaviors and progress

4. Communicate with supervisory staff

5. Participate in clinics

6. Attend in-service training

 

TUTOR

1. Implement Individualized Educational Plan

2. Observe and record students behaviors

3. Monitor student's behaviors and progress

4. Communicate with supervisory staff

5. Participate in clinics
