Here is an opportunity to join one of the leading centers for the behavioral treatment of autism. We are currently hiring energetic, professional individuals in the Los Angeles, Long Beach and Orange County (California) areas. You will receive extensive training in the application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Discrete Trial Teaching (DTT) as implemented with students with autism. As a Program Specialist you will conduct individual and group treatment sessions, monitor student progress, implement curriculum and receive ongoing training from Program Supervisors and on-site psychologists. Treatment occurs in a variety of setting including home, school, clinic and community and reliable transportation is required. All applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field and a willingness to learn. There are excellent opportunities for professional growth and promotion within the agency available, including support for graduate study in ABA.
