Autism Partnership presents ABA In the Home: A Parent’s Guide to Behavioral Strategies

This is a weekly 8-part series discussing foundational information for parents to implement practical behavioral strategies based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Each class is approximately 2 hours and is conducted virtually via a video conferencing platform.

  • Reinforcement Strategies
  • Practical Methods to Address Behaviors
  • ABA-Based Teaching Approaches
  • Encouraging Language and Play
  • Foundations That Can Help Teach Toileting, Sleeping, and Eating
  • Generalizing Skills your Child Learned in School or Through an ABA Program

Cost: $500 per family (up to two participants per family)

When: Every Tuesday for 8 weeks: October 6th – November 24th

This program is presented by Sanford (Sandy) Slater, Ph.D., BCBA-D who has worked with children with autism, utilizing ABA, since 1980. He has worked with families, children with autism, school districts, and ABA agencies throughout the US, as well as internationally. 

After completing the 8-week course, follow-up consultation is available to families that would like more individualized support to address issues that may be occurring in their home.
