No Cost Counseling Groups

The Counseling Department at Autism Partnership offers No Cost Counseling Groups once a month at our Seal Beach office. We currently have one group scheduled.

Group #1:  Parent Connection Group – This group is designed for parents and care-providers that are interested in connecting with others raising a child on the autism spectrum.  Through the experiences shared by the participants we will focus upon the emotional and psychological impact of ASD on parents and families.

Group #2:  Sibling Support Group – This group is designed for girls that have a sibling with ASD.  Through the use of activities and shared experience the girls have an opportunity to meet and talk with others with similar backgrounds.  We have one opening available for this group.

Our sibling group is currently on hold. We are planning to resume soon. If you are interested in having your child attend please provide the child’s name and date of birth to Marlene Driscoll and she will contact you with group meeting details.

Groups are facilitated by a Licensed Marriage and Therapist or behavior therapist experienced in the treatment and counseling of those impacted by autism spectrum disorder.

These groups will meet once a month on Mondays; from 6:15pm to 7:30pm

Please let us know of your interest in being a part of this group experience.  To RSVP or to find out more information, including upcoming dates, e-mail the Clinical Director, Marlene Driscoll, M.A., LMFT, at:
